We're Brittany and Chris, a husband and wife team passionate about coffee roasting in Imperial, Missouri. Each batch is roasted to order, ensuring you receive the freshest coffee beans.

We love providing great coffee but we are here for something bigger. Our mission extends to supporting global communities by donating a portion of our proceeds. Our current coffee, Poseidon, directs 10% of its profits to Stream of Hope (streamofhope.org/), a non-profit organization helping those in Ethiopia have access to clean water.
