What we love about it: This is a great all around cup of coffee, use it for espresso, pour over, french press and you will love it.

Finca Santa Lucia, located in the village of Tres Pinos and about 2.5 hours from the nearest city of Comayagua, Honduras, is owned and operated by third-generation coffee producer Raul Rodriguez. Living on the farm with his wife and three dogs, Raul inherited the farm from his father Don Ermenegildo Rodriguez, a pioneering coffee innovator who introduced exotic varietals like Yellow Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra. The farm hires 75 pickers during harvest season and 15 permanent workers who reside on the farm with their families. Raul, a socially conscious producer, pays his workers the highest wages in the region and plans to donate a portion of his profits to help rebuild a local school in need of a kitchen and electricity.
